Forest therapy provides an opportunity to slow-down, quiet down, reconnect with yourself, nature, and those around you. Sessions usually require walking less than a mile, with intervals for rest and stillness, and can be adjusted to accommodate most mobility levels. Throughout the session, you will be guided through a series of invitations to foster connection through the senses, as well as group sharing circles. Please let me know if you have any questions. More details will be sent out after you register for the walk.
